How to Order
Note: We can only accept orders from within UK at present, and all transactions will be in pounds sterling (£).
By internet: The easiest way to order is from our website at www.affinityarts.co.uk and follow the link to our online shop
We accept the following Credit / Debit Cards through the Worldpay gateway: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron.
By telephone: Please call the Affinity Arts gallery on 01963 350602. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday between 10am and 5pm. We can accept payment by all major credit or debit cards over the phone.
By Post: We will accept payment by cheque or postal order. Send your order together with payment to us at Affinity Fine Art, 3 High Street, Castle Cary, Somerset, BA7 7AN stating clearly the product number and any colour preferences where appropriate. Make sure that you include your billing address, delivery address if different, and your contact information: telephone numbers, email address etc.
Cheques should be made payable to "Affinity Arts". Please write your cheque guarantee card number, home address and expiry date on the back of the cheque (please remember to add P&P if appropriate).
Goods will be dispatched on clearance of your payment, subject to availability.
Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 days of receiving payment, subject to availability. In the event that a particular item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. If you have an urgent requirement, call us on 01963 350602 to check availability and we will quote for express delivery on an individual basis if required. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received and processed.
In the event of your order being damaged in the post, you should retain all the packaging and telephone us at 01963 350602 or email info@affinityarts.co.uk within 24 hours.
Availability
Because many of our items are individual it is not always possible to guarantee availability. To check whether an item is available telephone us on 01963 350602. If something is out of stock you will be informed and be given our best estimate of when that item will be available. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return or Exchange
We try to ensure that you are happy with every order that you receive from Affinity Arts. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it to us unused, in its original condition and packaging within 10 working days and we will replace it or issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the return postage if the goods are faulty or return is a result of our error, but otherwise we do not pay for return postage.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.
To make a return, please package the item(s) securely and send it to: Affinity Arts, 3 High Street, Castle Cary, Somerset, BA7 7AN. Enclose the delivery note marking the item(s) that you are not happy with, giving the reason for the return and stating clearly if you would like a replacement or refund. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. In order to exchange an item, a receipt/ your delivery note must be produced.
Trade Description Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications are correct but due to the individual nature of many of the items slight variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). This information will be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details (note: we do not store your card details after your order has been processed unless required to do so by the card issuer.)
We will not e-mail you in the future if you have asked us not to.
We will not share information that we have collected about you with any other party.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Other
All prices are correct at time of printing. We reserve the right to increase our prices without notice.
The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment but until such time, Affinity Arts retains full legal and equitable title to the goods.
Affinity Arts gives no express or implied warranty and accepts no liability whatsoever (direct, indirect or consequential) whether in contract or tort or in any other respect whatsoever, as to materials, workmanship, performance, design, specification, suitability for any particular purpose or any other aspect of the goods. Affinity Arts under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.
